Top priority for ensuring work site safety precautions.

Imparting man to man counselling as well as group counselling to educate 100% of the safety category staff in safe train operation. Visiting all establishments to point out the system weakness during the course of visit to that particular department and give them a sufficient target date to make good the weakness and also revisit the same to monitor system improvement.

Categorization of the staff directly involved in safe train operation and imparting knowledge to the weaker category to up-grade them to a satisfactory level.

Conducting safety seminar/safety meetings in such places where sufficient attendance of staff can be obtained.

Creating awareness to the road users particularly when they are negotiating an unmanned LC by counselling and distributing handbills. Holding meeting in Gram Panchayat to create awareness amongst villagers.  Staging Nukkad Natak at level crossings, stations, villages, bus stands, schools etc.
