a.Bilaspur Division: 05 nos. new works have been sanctioned during the month (UMR 04 new works sanction for cess repair and Jungle cleaning and 01 no for paver block fixing at Manendragarh. The works are in progress.
b.Raipur division: 02 new works sanctioned for protection of existing railway embankment in Durg-Dallirajara section.
1.1.3During the month of June’2020, 78.8% of track machines have worked in SECR making it one of the best performing Zone of Indian Railways. With prompt attention of breakdowns & daily maintenance, machines are kept in working order during this challenging & difficult period of Lock down.
1.1.4POH of Machines DGS-420 has been completed during the month at IOH Depot Nagpur.
1.1.5Layout Correction/Conversion with T-28:
a.In 05 Yards (DLT, NGE, BRH, KTO & SJQ), 8 Nos. turnouts of 1 in 8.5 have been converted to 1 in 12 by T-28 Machine in ADEN/ Manendragarh section of Bilaspur division.
b.At Nipania station of Raipur Division,layout correction for 02 nos. of turnouts has been carried-out by T-28 Machine during the month.
c.During the month 1 No. layout correction along with deep screening by T-28 machine has been done at BMP yard point No. 41A. Further 9 Nos. manual deep screening of Turnouts (BRA 21B, 22B, TUD 31A, 31B, 41A, AWH X1, 31B, 41A GNL 41B ) has been completed. Cumulative progress of deep screening of Turnouts by T-28 &manual has gone up to 1 No. & 11 Nos. respectively.
1.1.6Regular sanitization of Track Machines, Track Machine office, camping coaches, Zonal Base Depot Nagpur & Satellite Depot Bilaspur have been done during this month to ensure safety against COVID-19.

1.1.8Long continuing temporary speed restriction (since 04.07.2018) of 100 kmph, on account of DFWR, in Kelzer – Chandafort (26.26 km) has been normalised to110 kmph by renewal of 344 Nos. defective welds.
1.1.9Application for speed raising of Anuppur - Shahdol DN line from 100 Kmph to 110 Kmph has been sent to CRS through E-mail, as IR-CRS program is not working.
1.1.1002 Nos. MLC on BG i.e. (i) LC No. BK-36 in Bilaspur division and (ii) LC No. 566 in Nagpur division have been eliminated during this month. Cumulative 02 Nos. of MLCs on BG have been eliminated in 2020-21.
1.1.11Launching of Boxes for LHS has been completed at 6 nos LCs, during this month (manned LC No. BK-17, BK-44, BK-54, BK-55, BK-58 & BK-60 between Bilaspur –Anuppur section of Bilaspur division).
1.1.12Side pathway has been provided at Br.No: 54 DN (5x18.30m PSC Girder) between Baraduar-Champa stations on Jharsuguda-Champa section of Bilaspur Division. This work provided a safe passage to pedestrians including Railway staff.
1.1.13Metalizing of plate girders and floor system of open web girders have been completed at Br.No: 157k DN (2x18.30m PG+2x45.70m OWG) located between Birsinghpur- Nowrozabad stations in Bilaspur division.
1.1.14Metalizing of plate girders have been completed at Br.No: 91k DN (7x18.30m PG) located between Chhulha- Anuppur stations in Bilaspur division.
1.1.15Greasing of bearings of 06 Nos. bridges i.e. Br. No. 29 UP & DN, 9TT, 33 DN, 41 UP & DN in Nagpur division have been completed during the month.
2.0IMPORTANT PASSENGER and STAFF AMENITY WORKS COMPLETED DURING THE MONTH:
2.1.1Foot Over Bridge at Ghutku station completed & commissioned.
2.1.2Launching of Girders for Foot Over Bridge at Harri&Venkatnagar stations done by RITES.
2.1.3Extension of platform (Extended 128 Mts) at Lorha station completed.
2.1.4Old pump replaced at Khongsara station by new pump (capacity 40 HP) for uninterrupted water supply at State & Rly colony.
3.0SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS: -
3.1Up-gradation of road surface at 17 LCs and overhauling of 33 level crossings has been carried out for improvement of safety. Cumulative up-gradation of road surface at 52 nos. and overhauling of 107 nos. level crossings has been done during the year 2020-21.
