<!--[if !supportLists]-->2.    <!--[endif]-->Alsoformation and operation of Super Sheshnag train (05 Empty/ N-Box rake) was made to run over Indian Railways with the help of DPWCS enabled bhilai shed based loco no. 31204 (Leading) and loco no. 31354, 31301, 31371, 31303 as trailing locos (1+4).

<!--[if !supportLists]-->3.    Successful formation of 03 WAP-7 locomotive wired consist (30591+30202+37089 :03.11.20, 30746+30745+37035 :13.11.20 and 39115+37285+37039 :23.11.20) was made as per the procedure issued by RDSO vide technical circular TC-133 dated 02.02.2016 for making wired multiple unit of WAP-7 & WAG-9 locos.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->4.    <!--[endif]-->Battery and AC Operated MPFDCS Based Dual Mode Shunting Locomotive: A WAM-4 loco, which had completed its codal life and was condemned, was modified with available resources in shed, so that it is able to work on battery in unwired section as well as with AC traction under OHE. This was accomplished by modifying the internal circuit cables, removal of equipments for provision of battery bank, optimizing the weight of the locomotive as well as ensuring ease of operation for the shunters. In this arrangement, only two traction motors, are being used in place of all the six traction motors either during working by battery (i.e. Bogie -1) or via OHE (i.e. Bogie-2). Thus there was lesser need of auxiliaries, TMs, and other circuitry. This has resulted in a safer, easier and reliable mode of operation improving the availability of manpower and also achieved saving in terms of both time as well revenue.
