· Improve Infrastructure through modern facilities like Traffic simulators, Model room etc. Development of recreational areas, auditoriums, libraries, comfortable hostel accommodations and hygienic foods in mess. Develop the green Campus and eco-friendly initiatives.
· Take initiatives to build this institute into best Zonal Training institute in Indian Railway.
· Monitor and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Trainee satisfaction and also have proper evaluations and feedback
