Major Achievement of RPF SECR in 2024-2025
( Month January-2025)
Although 2024-2025 was the year which will be remembered for Corona pandemic and Nation wide lockdown but during this period also RPF SECR worked tirelessly 24*7 for safe passage of passengers and security of Railway property.
Action against touts-
Continuous Drive was conducted by SECR against Touts. 285 touts were arrested and total tickets of ₹ 12525872.00 were seized.
RP(UP) Cases
RP(UP) Act Drives were regularly organized against coal thefts, Receivers of stolen railway property and repeated offenders.Due to all these efforts RPF detected and registered 315 cases under RPUP Act with the arrest of 540criminals and Recovered stolen railway property valued ₹ 14,76,418.00
Cases detected by RPF and handed over to GRP
65 cases detected of TOPB (Theft of Passenger Belongings ),85 persons arrest and recovered stolen property valued ₹ 15,52,945.00
Child rescue
On social front RPF rescued …275 children during this period and they were handed over to their family members through child line and NGOs.Teams have been formed to curb child trafficking through trains.
Escorting of goods train
RPF has escorted 1521…. goods trains due to alertness of RPF no major theft case was reported in these escorted trains.

RP(UP) Act Drives were regularly organized against coal thefts, Receivers of stolen railway property and repeated offenders . Due to all these efforts RPF detected and registered 398 cases under RPUP Act with the arrest of 868 criminals and Recovered stolen railway property valued ₹ 38,74,375.00

58 cases detected of TOPB (Theft of Passenger Belongings ),68 persons arrest and recovered stolen property valued ₹ 17,92,104.00
