Achievement/Good work done

DLS/MIB holding has increased from 17 to 41 loco. With existing staff strength (47% as per yardstick) maintenance work of additional locos is being managed.

As per yard stick post requirement at DLS/MIB is 254. Sanctioned post is 188 & 20 outstation post being operated in DLS/MIB.Therefore 46 additional staff is required at DLS/MIB as per yard stick, due to shortfall.      

Target achievement: Daily outage target for DLS/MIB/NGP for WDG3A is 29.74 (8% above standard target) and shed has achieved an outage more than the target - (Average outage for the year 2022-23 is 30.78).

Refresher course training attended by staff in 2020-21: - 113 Staff

                                                                  2021-22: - 157 Staff

                                                                  2022-23: - 137 staff

HSD oil shed consumption has been reduced by 21.24% in year 2022-23 as compared to target.

HSD oil consumption reduced to 12.50 % for the year-2022-23 as compared to last year.

Diesel Loco Shed has awarded contract for disposal of Hazardous Waste to M/s Maharashtra Enviro Pvt. Ltd. Nagpur, authorized Agency of MPCB. ( total : 30 ton ,24ton for DLS/MIB & 06 ton for DEMU shed Gondia validity upto Jan’2025.)


DLS/MIB achieved IMS Certification:- ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.(Jan-23)

26 CCTV Cameras Installed in the premises of Diesel Loco Shed Motibagh, Nagpur in the view of surveillance for safety and security purpose( Dec-2022).

Awards:

1)DRM Award: Rs/- 15,000 for proper maintenance and up keep of Diesel shed on 26.11.2022

   2) Group award:-Rs/- 5,000/- to staff for Innovation of C3W distributor valve test stand on Dt. 26.11.2022.

Computerized Fuel Model System started in RCD/MIB in Dec-2021

Plantation: 05 plantation was done in the month of Mar-23, total 60 plantation was done during 2022-23

Renewal of water consent, air consent and authorization for disposal of hazardous waste has been obtained in Aug-2021 from Maharashtra pollution control board whose validity is uptoMarch.2027.

Test stand :-

Testing stand for C3 distributor valve fabricated by shed staff & Commissioned on 26.11.2022 at DLS/MIB.
