                                                 Achievement for the month of December’ 22

  

General:

 

·Highest ever freight loading in terms of tonnage in Dec’22 : 1.011 MT surpassing previous best of 0.98 MT achieved in Mar’22.

 

·Highest ever freight loading in terms of wagon in Dec’22 : 48
3.8 wagons/day surpassing previous best of 482.9 wagons/day achieved in Feb’22.

 

·Highest ever freight revenue earned in Dec’22 : Rs. 99.08 crores surpassing previous best of Rs. 84.39 Crores earned in Nov’22.

 

·Average freight loading in terms of wagons was 483.8 wgns/day as compared 410.4 wgns/day during corresponding period of last year, which is an increase of 17.88%.

 

·Total freight loading in terms of weight was 1.011 MT as compared 0.837 MT during corresponding period of last year, which is an increase of 20.79%.

 

·Total freight revenue earning was Rs. 99.08 crores as compared to Rs 74.67 crores during corresponding period of last year, which is an increase of 32.69%.

 

·Average overall goods train speed (including detention) during the month was 20.14 kmph as compared to 17.02 kmph during corresponding period of previous year, which is an increase of 18.33%.

 

·Total 53 Long-hauls formed during the month in DN direction and 81 Long-haul run in UP direction received ex.Raipur division.

 

Safety

 

·Safety is given prime importance over Nagpur division.There is no accident over Nagpur division in the month of December 2022.There were ‘NIL’ consequential accident on account of Fire, level crossing and indicative (SPAD).

 

·11 nos. of ambush checks were conducted and errant road drivers to the extent of 105 were counselled to improve safety consciousness at the level crossings. Cumulative progress of ambush check has gone up to 230 Nos. & cumulative counseling of road users to 1565 Nos.

 

·During the month, LC no. 559 has been eliminated prior to commissioning of ROB.

 

·2894 no. visual examination of fish plated joints have been done during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 12949 Nos.

 

·3 nos. Switches ( 2 - Ordinary + 1 TWS )& 06 nos. CMS Crossings have been renewed during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 51 (16 - Ordinary + 35 - TWS) & 123 Nos. respectively.

 

·Improvements to Housing of Tongue Rail up to 5 sleepers have been done for 20 nos. turnouts at various yards. Cumulative progress has gone up to 168 nos.

 

·12 nos. of Improved SEJ have been renewed & 38 nos. of glued joints replaced during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to Improved SEJ – 85 nos. and Glued joint 358 nos.

 

·23 nos. Gapless joints done at Crossing portion. Cumulative progress has gone up to 124 nos.

 

·45 nos. of SEJ sleepers renewed during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 351 nos.

 

·During the month, 21.39 Km. deep screening has been done (15.22 Km. by BCM Machine & 6.17 Km. by Manually). Cumulative progress has gone up to 70.17 km (42.65 Km. by BCM Machine. & 27.52 Km by Manually).

 

·During the month, 02 nos. Safety Seminar were organized by the Safety Department.Cumulative progress has gone up to 13 nos.

·During the month, 05 nos. of Safety Drives were launched in the division, details are given as under.Cumulative progress has gone up to 33 nos.

 

 

Digital Initiatives:

 

·Web based application “Sanraksha” developed by Sr.DSO for Safety Inspections.

·100%E- tendering is being done.

·Digitisation of briefing note has been done.

·Digitisation of store indents has been done.

·TC minutes are being done through IREPS.

·LOA is being issued through IREPS.

·Pay order for EMD return is prepared through IREPS.

·Bills (store, works & imprest) are being processed through IPAS.

·All stores indents are being processed through IREPS (IMMS).

·E-DAS has been implemented for online clearance of drawings.

·E-Office has been implemented over the Nagpur division in order to promote paperless

working.

·Contract agreements are being vetted, signed & issued Online through IRWCMS.

·User Depot Module (UDM) has been implemented over Nagpur Division for digitalization of consignee stores.

·For work from Home VPN have been provided to the staff and officers of NGP division.
