Ø Introduction of CBT in departmental examination. CBT centre with the capacity of 100 candidates has been developed in DRM complex.
ØIn SECRHSS No-1 and 2 New Compute Labs have been operationalized with the capacity of 50 & 40 PCs respectively.
Ø Human Resource Management System has been fully implemented in Bilaspur Division. Employee Master, E-SR, E-PASS, E-APAR, Office Order, Settlement, PF, Loan & Advances, Grievances Modules are functioning n a full-fledged manner. It is pertinent to mention that time to time Camps are being organized wherein difficulties in handling technical know-how is experienced.
Ø All other HR activities are being completed well within the time-frame of charter only.
Ø27% increase in expenditure on welfare measures over Previous year.
ØNew Health unit at BRJN is Operationalized.
