Activities & Achievements

Motibagh Workshop has attended 38 LHB bogies for SS-1 schedule during the month against the monthly target of 24,which is highest ever outturn in a month by MIBW.
Modification for shiftingcurrent breaker with over current(RCBO) positioning in set of panels for LHB Non AC EOG/HOG Coaches.
Training under RKVY :- Training of Welder trainees is carried out under RailKaushalVikasYojna (RKVY)

Important Activities

BG Bogie IOH: This activity started in Oct-2009 with outturn of 02 bogies/month. Presently 100 bogies per month are rolled out.
BG Coach POH: POH of BG Coach started in Feb-2011. Presently minimum 04 coaches per month are being rolled out. Planning is being done for 50 Coach per Month.
BG Tower Wagon POH: Four wheeler Tower Wagons (Mark-II, Mark-III & Mark-IV) are overhauled in MIBW since 1996. Presently, as per arising the TW’s are overhauled.
SS-1 schedule of LHB Coach FIAT Bogie: Started from Nov-18. Presently 30 bogies per month are rolled out.
Inoculum Generation: Inoculum required for functioning of Bio-toilets fitted in IR coaches is generated at Motibagh Workshop. The plant can generated 36,000 litres of inoculum per month. The plant is established under the technical guidance from DRDE, Gwalior.
SS-II schedule of non AC LHB Coach: Started from Nov-2020. Presently one coach per month is being rolled out.
Training under RKVY :- Training in Welder Tradeis carried out under RailKaushalVikasYojna (RKVY) .
