                                                        Achievement for the month of May’22

 

General :

 

  • Coaching train Punctuality during the month : 79.59%.

 

·Highest no. of goods train Made over to Raipur on single day : 71 trains on 27/05/2022, previous best 68 trains on 20/03/2022.

 

·Highest no. of Long haul formed on single day : 6 long hauls formed on 27/05/2022 & 29/05/2022, previous best where 4 long hauls.

 

·Highest no. of wagons interchanged on single day : 11155 wagons on 13/05/2022, previous best 11093 wagons on 06/05/2022.

 

·Total 57 Long-hauls formed during the month in DN direction and 106 Long-haul run in UP direction received ex.Raipur division.

 

·Total freight loading in terms of wagons was 396.7 wgns/day as compared 363.6 wgns/day during corresponding period of last year, which is an increase of 9.1%.

 

  • Average overall goods train speed (including detention) during the month was 19.76 kmph as compared to 15.68 kmph during corresponding period of previous year, which is an increase of 26.0%.

 

  • Average overall train interchange during the month was 194.6 trains/day as compared to 165.5 trains/day during corresponding period of previous year, which is an increase of 17.6%.

 

  • Average overall wagon interchange during the month was 10193 wagons/day as compared to 8652 wagons/day during corresponding period of previous year, which is an increase of 17.8%.

 

  • Average release during the month was 35.3 rakes/day as compared to 32.0 rakes/day during corresponding month of last year, which is an improvement of 10.2%.

 

·During the month Rs 6,63,601 /- (Cumulative upto May’22Rs. 24,54,601/-) have been recovered towards demurrage charges from various sidings in the division.

  • Additional revenue earned by granting permission for Road-ODC movement to cross Railway track:Rs. 7,19,108/- during May’2022 & Cumulative 2022-23: Rs. 7,19,108/- (upto May’2022).

Safety

·Safety is given prime importance over Nagpur division.There was One (SPAD) incident over Nagpur division in the month of May 2022.There were ‘NIL’ consequential accident on account of Fire and level crossing.

 

·44 Nos. of ambush checks were conducted and errant road drivers to the extent of 260 were counselled to improve safety consciousness at the level crossings. Cumulative progress has gone up to 60 Nos. & users counselled386 Nos

 

·Total 319 Nos Rail / Weld defects, detected during USFD testing of Rails & Welds, have been removed during the month. Cumulative defects removal has gone up to 608 Nos. No DFWR Weld defect exists in track of Nagpur Division.

 

·7.71 km destressing work has been completed during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 115.91 km.

 

·722 Nos Visual examination of fish plated joints has been done during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 878 Nos.

 

·01 Nos. Switches ( 1 Ordinary + 0 TWS )& 9 Nos CMS Crossings have been renewed during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 02 ( 01 Ordinary+0 TWS )& 19 Nos. respectively

 

·Improvements to Housingof Tongue Rail up to 5 sleepershave been done for11 nos. turnouts at various yards. Cumulative progress has gone up to 22Nos

 

·07 Nos. of Improved SEJ have been renewed & 44 No. of glued joints replaced during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to Improved SEJ – 10 Nos. and Glued joint 59 Nos.

 

·10 Nos. Gapless joints done at Crossing portion. Cumulative progress has gone up to 17 Nos.

 

·18 Nos. of SEJ sleepers renewed during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 29 Nos.

 

·During the month 4.73 km deep screening has been done (3.45 Km. by BCM Machine. & 1.28 Km by Manually). Cumulative progress has gone up to 6.81 km(5.53 Km. by BCM Machine. & 1.28 Km by Manually).

 

·During the month 3.45 km TFTR work has been done. Cumulative progress has gone up to 4.10 km.

 

·15.54 Th. Cum ballast supply received and 15.49 Th. Cum ballast trained out during the month.Cumulative progress of ballast supply & ballast trained out has gone up to 30.35 Th. Cum. & 32.55 Th. Cum respectively.

 

·167.82 Km Plain track tamping & 62 Nos. Turnout tamping has been carried out by various track machines during the month. Cumulative progress of plain track tamping & turnout tamping has gone up to 369.76 km & 145 Nos. respectively.

 

·684.16 Km USFD testing of Rail & Welds has been tested during the month with no overdue in rail testing. Cumulative progress of USFD testing of Rail & Welds has gone up to 1414.33 km.

 

 

·During the month 9 nos. leaning mast has been rectified. Cumulative progress has gone upto 91 nos.

 

·Total 22 nos. Insulators (Stay Insulators–07 nos., Bracket Insulators-14 nos. & 9Tonne insulator-01 nos.) has been replaced with tested one to improve the reliability of OHE. Cumulative replacement of insulators has gone upto 36 nos.

 

·Total 15 nos. Dropper/Cont Clip/ U Pin, Cat Clip has been replaced by new one. Cumulative replacement has gone upto 55 nos.

 

·68 nos. new traction bonds have been provided where ever traction bonds were required. In addition to this, 111 nos. Traction Bonds are re-connected which were removed during track renewal work.Cumulative replacement has gone upto 336 nos.

 

·During the month 18 nos. rusted anti-creep has been rectified. Cumulative progress has gone upto 55 nos.

 

·System integrity testing has been done at Syndewahi & Bhandarkund stations in the month of May’22. Cumulative progress has gone upto 02 stations.

 

 

·During the month, 2 nos. Safety Seminars were organized by the Safety Department:

Digital Initiatives:

 

·100%E- tendering is being done.

·Digitisation of briefing note has been done.

·Digitisation of store indents has been done.

·TC minutes are being done through IREPS.

·LOA is being issued through IREPS.

·Pay order for EMD return is prepared through IREPS.

·Bills (store, works & imprest) are being processed through IPAS.

·All stores indents are being processed through IREPS (IMMS).

·E-DAS has been implemented for online clearance of drawings.

·E-Office has been implemented over the Nagpur division in order to promote paperless

working.

·Contract agreements are being vetted, signed & issued Online through IRWCMS.

·User Depot Module (UDM) has been started over Nagpur Division from Nov’2020 for digitalization of consignee stores.

·For work from Home VPN have been provided to the staff and officers of NGP division.
