Achievement for the month of August’ 22
·Highest no. of Fly ash rakes loaded in a month ex. PMAM : 48 rakes in Aug’22, previous best 37 rakes inFeb’21.
·Highest no. of trains made over to Raipur on single day : 71 trains on 26/08/2022, previous best 69 trains on 26/04/2022.
·First “Pentahaul” ‘SUPER-VASUKI’ (combination of 5 loaded trains length 3.5 kms, 295 wagons, 6 locos) received at Durg interchange point on 15/08/2022 at 22.35 hrs.
·Total 35 Long-hauls formed during the month in DN direction, 191 Long-haul run in UP direction received ex.Raipur division.
·Total freight revenue earning was Rs. 71.47 crores as compared to Rs 50.55 crores during corresponding period of last year, which is an increase of 41.4%.
·Average overall goods train speed (including detention) during the month was 19.32 kmph as compared to 14.80 kmph during corresponding period of previous year, which is an increase of 30.54%.
·Average overall train interchange during the month was 184.9 trains/day as compared to 139.2 trains/day during corresponding period of previous year, which is an increase of 32.8%.
·Average overall wagon interchange during the month was 9364 wagons/day as compared to 7006 wagons/day during corresponding period of previous year, which is an increase of 33.7%.
·Average Electric loco utilisation during the month was 468 kms as compared to 461 kms during corresponding period of previous year, which is an increase of 1.5%.
·Average release during the month was 27.0 rakes/day as compared to 23.6 rakes/day during corresponding month of last year, which is an improvement of 14.3%.
·Safety is given prime importance over Nagpur division.However, there was one derailment case(on 23.08.22 at DGG yard) & One rear end collision (17.08.22 betn. GDM-G)over Nagpur division in the month of August 2022.There were ‘NIL’ consequential accident on account of Fire and level crossing.
·07 Nos. of ambush checks were conducted and errant road drivers to the extent of 85 were counselled to improve safety consciousness at the level crossings. Cumulative progress of ambush check has gone up to 107 Nos. & cumulative counseling road users to 893 Nos.
·Total 296 Nos Rail / Weld defects, detected during USFD testing of Rails & Welds, have been removed during the month. Cumulative defects removal has gone up to 1408 Nos. No DFWR Weld defect exists in track of Nagpur Division.
·251 nos. Visual examination of fish plated joints has been done during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 2228 Nos.
·03Nos. Switches ( 1-Ordinary + 2-TWS )& 23 Nos CMS Crossings have been renewed during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 10 ( 06 -Ordinary+4 - TWS )& 68 Nos. respectively.
·Improvements to Housing of Tongue Rail up to5 sleepershavebeen donefor06 nos. turnouts atvarious yards. Cumulative progress has gone upto 64Nos.
·08 nos. of Improved SEJ have been renewed & 20 nos. of glued joints replaced during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to Improved SEJ – 40 Nos. and Glued joint 200 Nos.
·11 nos. Gapless joints done at Crossing portion. Cumulative progress has gone up to 50 nos.
·36 nos. of SEJ sleepers renewed during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 141 nos.
·During the month, 6.41 km deep screening has been done (2.00 Km. by BCM Machine. & 4.41 Km by Manually). Cumulative progress has gone up to 27.66 km (20.14 Km. by BCM Machine. & 7.52Km by Manually).
·15.55 Th. Cum ballast supply received and 11.04 Th. Cum ballast trained out during the month.Cumulative progress of ballast supply & ballast trained out has gone up to 86.04 Th. Cum. & 80.92 Th. Cum respectively.
·199.04 Km Plain track tamping & 51 Nos. Turnout tamping has been carried out by various track machines during the month. Cumulative progress of plain track tamping & turnout tamping has gone up to 949.45 km & 362 Nos. respectively.
·During the month, 1 no. Safety Seminar was organized by the Safety Department:

·100%E- tendering is being done.
·Digitisation of briefing note has been done.
·Digitisation of store indents has been done.
·TC minutes are being done through IREPS.

·Pay order for EMD return is prepared through IREPS.
·Bills (store, works & imprest) are being processed through IPAS.
·All stores indents are being processed through IREPS (IMMS).
·E-DAS has been implemented for online clearance of drawings.
·E-Office has been implemented over the Nagpur division in order to promote paperless
·Contract agreements are being vetted, signed & issued Online through IRWCMS.
·User Depot Module (UDM) has been implemented over Nagpur Division for digitalization of consignee stores.
·For work from Home VPN have been provided to the staff and officers of NGP division.
