Following are the achievements of TRD Department during FY 2020-21:

  1. Electrification of Line No.4 of MXA done departmentally – 1.080 TKM.
  2. Electrification ofDLS line no.1 & shunting neck/R done.
  3. HN/SSP – Siding interrupter (BS) converted into Circuit Breaker.
  4. 2 nos. Baffle wall provided in between Power Transformer of BIA TSS.
  5. Maintained high average power factor above 96%.
  6. Numerical Control & Relay panel atBYT & URK have been provided - 2 nos and 01 no to be provided at BIA TSS.
  7. Execution of 50 MW solar power plant at BMY for achieving low cost energy and monitoring is being done for early completion of project.
  8. 9 nos Aluminium Cross Feeder replaced by Copper Cross Feeder wire.(DGS/SSP-4, BYT/TSS-2,KMI/SSP-2 & BIA/SSP-1 No.).
  9. For electrification of MXA-DRZ section MXA-BXA (61.20 TKM) has been energized successfully on 28.02.2021 along with PUWA/SP and RSA/SSP.

Achievements of TRD Department during FY 2021-22upto APR’21

1.Special Safety Drive for Fire safety of all Tower Wagons(02nos) and Tower Cars(03 nos) have been done.

2.Audit of 2 nos Tower car and 03 Nos Tower wagon have been done.

3.Contact wire height raising work is under progress for passing Oxygen Tanker ODC between BSP-DURG section in all line without speed restriction. During this month 08 locations contact wire height have been raised.
