                                                 Achievement for the month of Sept’ 23

  

General:
 
·Average freight loading in terms of wagons was 562.7 wgns/day as compared 341.5 wgns/day during corresponding period of last year, which is an increase of 64.8 %.

·Total freight loading in terms of weight was 1.156 MT as compared 0.685 MT during corresponding period of last year, which is an increase of 68.8 %.

·Total freight revenue earning was Rs 123.88 crores as compared to Rs 62.30 crores during corresponding period of last year, which is an increase of 98.8%.

·Average overall goods train speed (including detention) during the month was 15.36 kmph as compared to 18.15  kmph during corresponding period of previous year.

·Divisional average Wagon balance per day during Sep’23 was 6057 wgns/day, which is improvement of 17.5% as compared to corresponding period of last year’s 7340 wgns/day.

·Divisional average Wagon Interchange per day during Sep’23 was 9152 wgns/day, which is increase of 7.4% as compared to corresponding period of last year’s 8520 wgns/day.

·During Sep’23, all type of traffic block hours of 3454.54 hrs given, which is 33.5% more than previous year’s 3588.53 hrs.

·Total 120 Long-hauls run during the month, Originated67 in DN direction. 52 Long-haul run in UP direction received ex. Raipur and 1 received ex.BPQ division. 
  
 
Safety
 
·24 nos. of ambush checks were conducted and errant road drivers to the extent of 197 were counselled to improve safety consciousness at the level crossings. Cumulative progress has gone up to 114 Nos. & 1757 nos. users were counselled.
 
·Total 287 Nos Rail / Weld defects, detected during USFD testing of Rails & Welds, have been removed during the month. Cumulative defects removal has gone up to 1174 Nos. No DFWR Weld defect exists in track of Nagpur Division.
 
·604 Nos Visual examination of fish plated joints has been done during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 3978 Nos.

·28 Nos. Switches (20–Ordinary + 8-TWS) &13 Nos CMS Crossings have been renewed during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 121 (83-Ordinary + 38-TWS ) & 83 Nos. for switches & CMS Crossings respectively.
 
·Improvements to Housing of Tongue Rail up to 5 sleepers have been done for 35 nos. turnouts at various yards. Cumulative progress has gone up to 164 Nos.
 
·02 nos. of Improved SEJ have been renewed & 35 nos. of glued joints replaced during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to Improved SEJ – 31 Nos. and Glued joint 291 Nos.
 
·11 nos. Gapless joints done at Crossing portion. Cumulative progress has gone up to 65 Nos.
 
·65 nos. of SEJ sleepers renewed during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 249 nos.
 
·Reconditioning of 06 nos. of Tongue Rail & 13 nos. of CMS Crossing by Robotic arc method  have been  done during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 242  nos. & 135 nos. respectively.
 
·During the month, 2.54 km deep screening has been done by BCM Machine. Cumulative progress has gone up to 12.43 Km by BCM Machine.
 
 
Digital Initiatives:
 
·Web based application “Sanraksha” developed by Sr.DSO for Safety Inspections.
·Web based training programme “Anklan” developed by Sr.DSO for dissemination of important circulars on safety precautions.  
·100%   E- tendering is being done.
·Digitisation of store indents has been done.
·TC minutes are being done through IREPS.
·LOA is being issued through IREPS.
·Pay order for EMD return is prepared through IREPS.
·Bills (store, works & imprest) are being processed through IPAS.
·All stores indents are being processed through IREPS (IMMS).
·E-DAS has been implemented for online clearance of drawings.
·E-Office has been implemented over the Nagpur division in order to promote paperless
               working.
·Contract agreements are being vetted, signed & issued Online through IRWCMS.
·User Depot Module (UDM) has been implemented over Nagpur Division for digitalization of consignee stores.
·Counselling of staff through new Mobile application “ AANKLAN” has been developed.
