Public Relations Department is the face of any organization which helps in maintaining the image of an organization and acts as a link between the public and the organization through various means of media tools. Public Relations department of South East Central Railway disseminate the various important & useful information to the rail users by Press releases, Publicity Campaigns & other sources of media. The feedback of users to the management & corrective measures on these are also important functions of this department
