Achievement for the month of December’21

 

General:

 

·Coaching train Punctuality during the month : 91.31%.

 

·248 Special trains run during the month.

 

·ICMS at Chanda Fort & Katangi commissioned on 14/12/2021 & 24/12/2021 respectively, which were pending out of 6 new nominated ICMS locations.

 

·02 Kisan rails were run Ex-Chhindwar during December’21.

 

·Best ever average goods trains I
nterchange during Dec’21 – 179.5 trains per day, previous best 178.8 trains per day during Nov’21.

 

·Best ever average goods trains takeover ex Raipur during Dec’21 - 51.6 trains per day, previous best 51.4 trains per day during Nov’21.

 

·Best ever average goods trains made over to C.Rly during Dec’21 – 37.4 trains per day, previous best 35.1 trains per day during Mar’21.

 

·Highest no. of goods trains made over to C.Rly on a single day on 23/12/2021 – 46 trains, previous best 44 trains on 16/09/2021.

 

·Average overall wagon interchange during the month was 9159 wagons/day as compared to 7294 wagons/day during corresponding period of previous year, which is an increase of 25.6%.

 

·Average release during the month was 32.4 rakes/day as compared to 30.4 rakes/day during corresponding month of last year, which is an improvement of 6.5%.

 

·Total 18 Long-haul formed during the month in DN direction and 46 Long-haul (including 03 Super Anaconda) run in UP direction received ex. Raipur division.

 

·Average over all Goods train speed during the month was 66.3 kmph as compared to 60.34 kmph achieved during corresponding period of last year, which is an increase of 9.9%.

 

·Total freight revenue earning was Rs.74.67 crores as compared to Rs.54.10 crores during corresponding period of last year, which is an increase of 38.0%.

 

·Average overall train interchange during the month was 179.8 trains/day as compared to 140.7 trains/day during corresponding period of previous year, which is an increase of 27.0%.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Safety

 

·Safety is given prime importance over Nagpur division.There is no accident over Nagpur division in the month of December 2021. There were ‘NIL’ consequential accident on account of Fire, level crossing and indicative (SPAD).

 

·40 nos. of ambush checks were conducted and errant road drivers to the extent of 338 were counselled to improve safety consciousness at the level crossings. Cumulative progress has gone up to 452 Nos. & users counselled 3464 Nos.

 

·Total 603 Nos Rail / Weld defects, detected during USFD testing of Rails & Welds, have been removed during the month. Cumulative defects removal has gone up to 4100 Nos. No DFWR Weld defect exists in track of Nagpur Division.The details of defects removal is as under :-

 

·2930 Nos Visual examination of fish plated joints has been done during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 9941 Nos.

 

·12 nos. of Improved SEJ have been renewed & 115 No. of glued joints replaced during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to Improved SEJ – 123 Nos. and Glued joint 527 Nos.

 

·3 Nos. Switches & 10 Nos CMS Crossings have been renewed during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 24 & 109 Nos. respectively.

 

·Improvements to Housing of Tongue Rail up to 5 sleepers have been done for 26 nos. turnouts at various yards. Cumulative progress has gone up to 175 Nos.

 

·4 Nos. Gapless joints done at Crossing portion. Cumulative progress has gone up to 73 Nos.

 

·22 Nos. of SEJ sleepers renewed during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 424 Nos.

 

·During the month, 16.31 km deep screening has been done (12.56 Km. by BCM Machine. & 3.75 Km by Manually). Cumulative progress has gone up to 105.10 km (65.91 Km. by BCM Machine. & 39.19 Km by Manually).

 

·9.31 Th. Cum ballast supply received and 14.96 Th. Cum ballast trained out during the month.Cumulative progress of ballast supply & ballast trained out has gone up to 178.24 Th. Cum. & 164.79 Th. Cum respectively.

 

 

·156.52 Km Plain track tamping & 65 Nos. Turnout tamping has been carried out by various track machines during the month. Cumulative progress of plain track tamping & turnout tamping has gone up to 1589.93 km & 898 Nos. respectively.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

·During the month, 04 nos. Safety Seminars were organized by the Safety Department.

Digital Initiatives:

 

·100%E- tendering is being done.

·Digitisation of briefing note has been done.

·Digitisation of store indents has been done.

·TC minutes are being done through IREPS.

·LOA is being issued through IREPS.

·Pay order for EMD return is prepared through IREPS.

·Bills (store, works & imprest) are being processed through IPAS.

·All stores indents are being processed through IREPS (IMMS).

·E-DAS has been implemented for online clearance of drawings.

·E-Office has been implemented over the Nagpur division in order to promote paperless

working.

·Contract agreements are being vetted, signed & issued Online through IRWCMS.

·User Depot Module (UDM) has been started over Nagpur Division from Nov’2020 for digitalization of consignee stores.

·For work from Home VPN have been provided to the staff and officers of NGP division.
