1.General:

 

·Punctuality of coaching trains was 95.89% as compared to 81.82% during corresponding period of last year, which is improvement of 17.2 %.

 

·M/Exp trains’ 100% Punctuality – 19 days, Overall 100% - 9 days.

 

·252 Special trains run during the month.

 

·Average over all Goods train speed during the month was 65.1 kmph as compared to 59.4 kmph achieved during corresponding period of last year, which is an increase of 9.5 %.

 

·Average freight loading in terms of wagons was 363.6 wagons/day as compared to 309.6 wagons/day during corresponding period of last year, which is an increase of 17.4 %.

 

·Total freight loading in terms of tonnage was 0.764 MT as compared to 0.642 MT during corresponding period of last year, which is an increase of 19.0 %.

 

·Total freight revenue earning was Rs.43.42 crores as compared to Rs. 30.48 crores during corresponding period of last year, which is an increase of 42.5 %.

 

·Average Wagon Turn Round during the month was 1.3 days as compared to 2.6 days during corresponding period of previous year, which is an improvement of 50.0%.

 

·Average overall train interchange during the month was 165.5 trains/day as compared to 70.0 trains/day during corresponding period of previous year, which is an increase of 136.4%.

 

·Average overall wagon interchange during the month was 8652 wagons/day as compared to 3594 wagons/day during corresponding period of previous year, which is an increase of 140.7%.

 

·Average release during the month was 32.0 rakes/day as compared to 20.2 rakes/day during corresponding month of last year, which is an improvement of 58.2%.

 

·Safety is given prime importance over Nagpur division.There is no accident over Nagpur division in the month of May’ 2021. There were ‘NIL’ consequential accident on account of Fire, level crossing and indicative (SPAD).

 

·39 No. of ambush checks were conducted and errant road drivers to the extent of 174 were counselled to improve safety consciousness at the level crossings. Cumulative progress has gone up to 64 Nos. & users counselled 282 Nos

 

·51 Nos Visual examination of fish plated joints has been done during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 577 Nos.

·Improvements to Housing of Tongue Rail up to 5 sleepers have been done for 18 nos. turnouts at various yards. Cumulative progress has gone up to 32 Nos.

 

·2.57 Unit CTR progress has been achieved during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 8.86 unit.

 

·19.55 Kms. destressing of LWR work have been done during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 70.69 km.

 

·06 Nos. of Improved SEJ have been renewed & 49 No. of glued joints replaced during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to Improved SEJ – 28 Nos. and Glued joint 88 Nos.

 

·During the month 2.32 km deep screening has been done (Manually). Cumulative progress has gone up to 11.94 km (3.30 Km. by BCM Machine. & 8.64 Km by Manually).

 

·2550 mtr cess repair work has been done during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 14420 mtr.

·Total 16.05 Tkm TWR by MFBW has been done by on track & on cess welding during the month in Gondia – Chandafort section. This is resulting in elimination of about 2568 Nos. AT Welds ( weak joints) more than 20 years old thus enhancing the safety of track. Cumulative progress of TWR & removal of AT Welds has gone up to 37.32 km & 5971 Nos.

·14.44 Th. Cum ballast supply received and 16.85 Th. Cum ballast trained out during the month.Cumulative progress of ballast supply & ballast trained out has gone up to 25.00 Th. Cum. & 25.85 Th. Cum respectively.

 

2.Digital Initiatives:

 

·100%E- tendering is being done.

·Digitisation of briefing note has been done.

·Digitisation of store indents has been done.

·TC minutes are being done through IREPS.

·LOA is being issued through IREPS.

·Pay order for EMD return is prepared through IREPS.

·Bills (store, works & imprest) are being processed through IPAS.

·All stores indent are being processed through IREPS (IMMS).

·E-DAS has been implemented for online clearance of drawings.

·E-Office has been implemented over the Nagpur division in order to promote paperless

working.

·Contract agreements are being vetted, signed & issued Online through IRWCMS.

·User Depot Module (UDM) has been started over NGP Division from Nov’2020 for digitalization of consignee stores.

·For work from Home VPN have been provided to the staff and officers of NGP division.



 

                                                                  Achievement for the month of July’21


 

General

·M/Exp trains 100% Punctuality – 8 days, Overall 100% - 5 days.

 

·334 Special trains run during the month.

 

·Average over all Goods train speed during the month was 65.17 kmph as compared to 58.91 kmph achieved during corresponding period of last year, which is an increase of 10.6 %.

 

·Average freight loading in terms of wagons was 367.8 wagons/day as compared to 233.1 wagons/day during corresponding period of last year, which is an increase of 57.8 %.

 

·Total freight loading in terms of tonnage was 0.763 MT as compared to 0.479 MT during corresponding period of last year, which is an increase of 59.3 %.

 

·Total freight revenue earning was Rs. 49.00 crores as compared to Rs. 30.42 crores during corresponding period of last year, which is an increase of 61.1 %.

 

·Average Wagon Turn Round during the month was 1.40 days as compared to 2.40 days during corresponding period of previous year, which is an improvement of 41.7%.

 

·Average overall train interchange during the month was 143.7 trains/day as compared to 81.8 trains/day during corresponding period of previous year, which is an increase of 75.7%.

 

·Average overall wagon interchange during the month was 7252 wagons/day as compared to 4040 wagons/day during corresponding period of previous year, which is an increase of 79.5%.

 

·Average release during the month was 26.5 rakes/day as compared to 18.3 rakes/day during corresponding month of last year, which is an improvement of 44.4%.

 

 

Safety

 

·Safety is given prime importance over Nagpur division.There is no accident over Nagpur division in the month of July 2021. There were ‘NIL’ consequential accident on account of Fire, level crossing and indicative (SPAD).

 

·71 No. of ambush checks were conducted and errant road drivers to the extent of 688 were counselled to improve safety consciousness at the level crossings. Cumulative progress has gone up to 197 Nos. & users counselled 1423 Nos.

 

·All works like layout correction by T-28 machine, packing etc. has been completed at8 Nos. locations in connection with raising of speed from 110 kmph to 130 kmph.8 Nos. PSR has been removed during the month in Durg – Nagpur section. The details are as under:-

 

·69 Nos Visual examination of fish plated joints has been done during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 733 Nos.

 

·2.35 Kms. destressing of LWR work have been done during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 79.84 km.

 

·3 Nos. Switches & 9 Nos CMS Crossings have been renewed during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 9 & 49 Nos. respectively.

 

·Improvements to Housing of Tongue Rail up to 5 sleepers have been done for 22 nos.turnouts at various yards. Cumulative progress has gone up to 73 Nos.

 

·29 nos. of Improved SEJ have been renewed & 59 nos. of glued joints replaced during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to Improved SEJ – 68 Nos. and Glued joint 206 Nos.

 

·11 Nos. Gapless joints done at Crossing portion. Cumulative progress has gone up to 41 Nos.

 

·8.20 Unit CTR progress has been achieved during the month. Cumulative progress has gone up to 22.40 unit.

 

·During the month 11.37 km deep screening has been done (8.97 Km. by BCM Machine. & 2.40 Km by Manually). Cumulative progress has gone up to 33.19 km (17.99 Km. by BCM Machine. & 15.20 Km by Manually).

 

·Total 9.83 Tkm TWR by MFBW has been done by on track & on cess welding during the month in Gondia – Chandafort section. This is resulting in elimination of about 1573 Nos. AT Welds ( weak joints) more than 20 years old thus enhancing the safety of track. Cumulative progress of TWR & removal of AT Welds has gone up to 59.71 km & 9554 Nos.

 

·188 Km Plain track tamping & 51 Nos. Turnout tamping has been carried out by various track machines during the month. Cumulative progress of plain track tamping & turnout tamping has gone up to 623 km & 412 Nos. respectively.

 

·On 07/07/2021, Bortalao station Yard remodeling work in connection with 3rd line between Bortalao and Darekasa has been commissioned in A-route of Nagpur division of SECR. With this commissioning, 20 years old installation of end cabin Panel interlocking has been replaced with Electronic interlocking system at new station building.

 

·On 09/07/2021 at 10.10 Hrs. Darekasa station Yard remodeling work in connection with 3rd line between Darekasa and Bortalao has been commissioned in A-route of Nagpur division of SECR.

With this commissioning, 17 years old EI installation has been replaced with new Electronic interlocking (Hitachi make) system at new station building.
