1.A permanent restriction of 15 kmph on account of crack in arch bridge No. 99 on Boridand-Chirmiri section on Anuppur-Ambikapur route has been relaxed to normal on 26.09.14 by construction of new bridge.


2.An Innovation done in UNIMAT-8298 by connecting a hooter and a blue colour flasher light (mounted on top of both cabins) through a toggle switch with braking system. This warning system will get activated by application of brakes in the machine for warning the machine moving in the rear while machines are moving in a group, thus enhancing the safety.


3.Another innovation done in UNIMAT-8298 by providing Permanent Chain Pulley arrangement so as to lift tamping unit or lifting unit in case of failure of lifting & lowering cylinders of tamping unit in mid section during block.


4.POH of UNIMAT-8298 Machine has been completed at Zonal Base Depot Nagpur in 41 days as against the stipulated period of 60 days


5.One ROB near Sarona station on Raipur-Durg section has been commissioned by NHAI.

6.A new FOB has been launched at Jaithari station on Bilaspur-Anuppur Section whereas a FOB has been launched in connection with FOB extension work at Himgir station on Jhrasuguda-Champa section


7.Allotment of Coaches for Track Machines: - Request to allot 21 Nos. of coaches to SECR for conversion into Track Machine camping coaches during 2015-16 .
